本研究經用54種隨機引物對57種蟋蟀的rapd擴增分析得出以下結論： 1 ）採用rapd技術，首次較系統地對中國蟋蟀總科7科26屬共57種蟋蟀進行了系統學研究。在所試用的54種隨機引物中篩選出可擴增出清晰可辨且穩定的rapd圖譜的引物分別為：蟋蟀科9種、嶺蟋科9種、樹蟋科12種、結蟋科12種、蛛蟋科13種、鐵蟋科13種、貌蟋科13種。
