本文以一個實際部門為模型，在novell局域網環境下用foxpro數據庫語言實現了社區衛生運營管理系統，在系統實現過程中，以軟體工程思想為指導，按照結構化系統分析、系統設計及系統實施的方法來實現；在系統分析中，運用結構化系統分析工具對系統進行了分析，提出系統的可行性，決定系統的目標及需要，主要根據系統調查階段所獲取的資料分析需求，提出系統的邏輯模型。 -
