If, before implementation of this law, units discharging industrial solid waste did not build installations and sites for storage and treatment of industrial solid waste as stipulated in article 32 of this law, or such installations and sites do not conform to the standards for environmental protection, such installations and sites must be built or renovated within a specified period of time ; during this period pollution discharge fee for newly - discharged industrial solid waste that pollutes the environment shall be paid or other measures adopted
本法施行前產生工業固體廢物的單位，沒有依照本法第三十二條規定建設工業固體廢物貯存或者處置的設施、場所，或者工業固體廢物貯存、處置的設施、場所不符合環境保護標準的，必須限期建成或者改造；在限期內，對新產生的污染環境的工業固體廢物，應當繳納排污費或者採取其他措施。 -
