本文首先概述了外包及人力資源管理外包的相關理論；其次，從外包服務商的選擇和企業內部人力資源管理狀況兩方面進行了資源分析；在此基礎上提出了人力資源管理外包決策和內容選擇模型，構建了外包決策指標體系，並針對唐山市華達公司做了實證研究；然後分析了企業實施人力資源管理外包存在的風險，提出了風險防範措施，並建立了外包企業和外包服務商之間的委託? ?代理激勵模型；最後提出了人力資源管理外包的實施建議和對策。 -
On the first issue the dissertation uses value - net to describe the relationship between corporation and vendor, and explores the demand of outsourcing in terms of corporation resource condition, which is related to value creation. then it checks the feasibility of outsourcing by extractability of it activity. at last the dissertation establishes a framework to analyze the proper outsourcing object for the strategic targets
本文在針對第一個問題的研究中運用價值網路來描述企業與信息技術外包服務商之間的關系，以相關的資源狀況來判斷企業是否具有外包需求，並將可分離性作為判斷信息技術活動是否適宜外包的標準之一，從而建立了從企業戰略出發尋找恰當信息技術外包對象的分析框架。
