結果表明，此29株intll陽性志賀菌株有著相同的基因盒區，我們將之稱為志賀菌非典型i類整合子（ intll和inth一151同時陽性） ;福氏志賀菌中此非典型i類整合子總浙江大學博士學位論文檢出率高達84 . 8 % （ 28 / 33 ） ，尤其是福氏2a和2b中均為100 % （ 13 / 13和9 / 9 ） :宋內志賀菌中則較低，為3 . 2 % （ l / 31 ） 。
