發證機構發放出口許可證后，應及時將本辦法第五條、第六條規定的相關材料、領證人員身份證明材料和「出口許可證留存聯」 （第四聯）等材料裝訂存檔，保證出口許可證檔案的完整和準確，檔案保存入櫃、入庫，並由專人管理。
