在理論綜述中，探討了建構主義理論；傳統理科教學主導模式（課堂講授模式）的優勢、弊端及其形成發展的社會歷史背景；論述了信息化教學模式與基於internet的教學模式的特點、它在教學中應用的優勢；論證了基於資源的學習在教學目標、教學過程、教學內容、學生地位、教師角色等方面對教學模式產生的影響；按照教師與學生在搜索信息、整理信息中的關系，分類討論了目前在教學中應用資源教學的主要作用模式，以及基於資源學習的教學模式的發展趨勢。 -

通過實驗，筆者認為網路環境下指導自主學習要取得成功，建立優化的的網路教育資源庫是關鍵；第二在實踐中，樹立和貫徹「學生為主體、教師為主導」的教學觀，把握正確的師生角色關系；第三是建立優化的網路環境下生物學科指導自主學習的課堂教學模式。
