本文從關心民族erp軟體應如何發展和中國實施erp成功率不高的角度出發，從一流erp軟體sapr 3著手研究了erp軟體中的業務流程問題，構造了erp軟體如何與企業的業務流程相映射和如何規劃企業業務流程的一套體系；討論了erp實施中的基礎數據收集問題，給出了兩條互為補充的基礎數據收集方法；結合前人的研究結果和筆者在企業的實習經歷，討論了在中國的環境下與erp相結合的bpr的兩條路徑。
