摘要黃河炳靈（寺溝峽）水電站是黃河幹流上的一個梯級電站，為了減少征地移民損失，經對炳靈水電站（塔坪壩址）尾水斷面在劉家峽水庫不同運行方式下的水位與流量關系進行分析研究，在總裝機和年發電量基本不變的情況下，充分利用劉家峽水庫汛限水位，將電站樞紐選址在其電站庫尾內。
