From the view of cellular rheology, we examined the influence of fluid shear stress on the metabolism, morphology, structure and function of endothelia cells in our previous research. it is first time for us to develop the research between shear stress and apoptosis. in this study, we stimulate the human umbilical venous endothelial cells ( huvec ) by lps and apply different levels of fluid shear stress to them by a parallel plate flow chamber, then observe the change of apoptosis of endothelial cells by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dutp nick end labeling ( tunel )
我們從細胞力學的角度，曾對血管內皮細胞在剪切力作用下的代謝、形態、結構及功能等進行過系統研究，但剪切力與內皮細胞凋亡的相關研究尚屬首次，我們希望通過探討細胞凋亡與剪切力大小及作用時間的關系，為探索剪切力對血管內皮細胞信號轉導的影響及作用機理提供有價值的參考數據和實驗資料。
