實驗結果分述如下： 1 、本研究從石油污染土壤中分離到3株菲降解細菌（ zx4 、 zx6和eva17 ） ，它們都能以菲為唯一碳源和能源生長。經鑒定3菌株都歸于鞘氨醇單胞菌屬（ sphingomonas ） ，其中zx4菌株為少動鞘氨醇單胞菌（ sphingomonaspaucimobolis ） ， zx6菌株為溶芳烴鞘氨醇單胞菌（ sphingomonasaromatics ） ， eva17菌株比較獨特，尚未能鑒定到種。
