針對宏偉熱電廠410t / h燃煤鍋爐嚴重結渣問題，對燃煤的結渣性、爐內溫度工況及空氣動力工況等進行實驗研究，由於燃燒器結構和假想切圓選擇的缺陷，使得鍋爐在正常運行時，一、二次風剛性較差，實際切圓過大，加上目前燃用煤質屬于極易燃、易結渣煤質，致使煤粉在離開噴燃器很短的時間、較短的距離內開始著火，並沖刷水冷壁，最終造成爐膛結渣。
