    從北京郊區雞場分離到10株耐藥性金黃色葡萄球菌，對這些菌株進行質粒消除，根據質粒消除前後的耐藥性檢測，發現耐各種藥物的抗性基因大多數位於質粒上，少部分抗性基因位於染色體上，由質粒介導的耐藥基因佔72 . 5 % ，由染色體編碼的抗性基因佔27 . 5 % ，說明質粒在決定對抗生素的抵抗性中起主要作用。
