針對西北電網水調部門提出的開發黃河上游徑流中長期預報軟體的任務，根據wmo和葛守西的總結，本論文利用四個系統模型和一個概念模型對黃河上游的龍、劉兩庫的汛期入庫徑流量進行旬徑流預報嘗試，並對所用的模型進行了泛化性、穩健性、模型結構、對水文信息反映和實用性及作中長期預報時何種系統模型的輸入最好作了比較研究，為龍、劉兩庫的徑流中期預報模型的採用提出了建議。According to landform of the reservoir, it is proposed to build yingzhou palace on an island facing water in 3 directions in the west of the southern bank
