本論文通過深入調查中石油西南油氣田公司（以下簡稱公司）近3年生產、生活、社會服務關聯交易現狀及存在的問題;重點分析了公司部分關聯交易價格與政府定價及市場定價的差異及其形成差異的原因;研究了國內外關聯交易價格及監管機制;提出了公司生產、生活、社會服務關聯交易價格定價基準及價格控制幅度建議。
