研究了鎂合金電鍍前處理工藝，電鍍鋅、電鍍銅/鎳/鉻工藝配方及其施鍍溫度、電流密度和時間對鍍層緻密性的影響;採用稱重法研究施鍍工藝與鍍層厚度的關系，利用nacl溶液和硫酸溶液浸泡試樣來考察鍍層孔隙率，採用劃痕試驗和熱震試驗檢驗鍍層的結合力，採用金相顯微鏡和掃描電子顯微鏡觀察鍍層表面形貌。In addition, we also explored that : montmorillonite which has been treated by bs - 12 was treated secondly using mma by the method of emulsion reaction and prepared pvc / montmorillonite composite on the way of melt interaction again. by measuring xrd and mechanical properties and observing the section morphology of flexural sample through sem, we found that : after secondly treated, the intension and toughness of pvc / montmorillonite composite were greatly increased. the results indicated that using using montmorillonite can toughen and reinforce pvc effectively, so the study and application of it have a bright prospect
此外，還探討了對經bs - 12初次處理過的蒙脫土，用甲基丙烯酸甲酯採用乳液聚合的方法進行二次處理，再次通過熔融法製成pvc蒙脫土插層復合材料，並通過x ?射線衍射測定和力學性能測試以及掃描電鏡觀察材料的斷面形貌，結果發現，蒙脫土經甲基丙烯酸甲酯通過乳液聚合法二次處理后製成的復合材料與只用bs - 12初次處理的蒙脫土製成的復合材料相比，其強度和韌性得到了明顯改善。
