我們通過免疫磁珠分離了兩種人dc前體，即髓系來源的單核細胞（ monocytes ， mo ）和淋巴系來源的漿細胞樣dc （ plasmaeytoiddendriticeells ， pdc ） ，對這兩個不同dc亞群進行體外誘導培養，使其處于不同的分化發育階段，然後檢測了其表達補體受體一cd35 （ cri ） 、 cd21 （ crz ） 、 cdilb （ cr3 ） 、 cdlle （ cr4 ） ，補體調控蛋白一cd46 、 cd55 、以及部分補體片斷分子受體一c3ar 、 csar 、 clqrp的水平。
