該法以硝酸纖維素膜為固相載體，包被膜載抗原製成的診斷膜片具有良好的特異性：不與仔豬副傷寒、豬巴氏桿菌病、豬大腸桿菌病、豬衣原體病、豬瘟、豬細小病毒病、豬偽狂犬病、豬布氏桿菌、豬丹毒陽性血清反應；膜片具有良好的靈敏性，陽性血清作2 ~ （ - 11 ）稀釋亦能檢出；膜片具有良好的穩定性，在4至少能保存7個月，其靈敏性不變。
