  1. In the event of transferring the laborer during the labor - contract term to the occupational - disease - inductive post that is not indicated in the labor contract due to the change of post or duty, the employer should faithfully reveal to the laborer the information indicated hereinabove and consult with the laborer for modifying the related provisions of the existing labor contract

    勞動者在已訂立勞動合同期間因工作崗位或者工作內容變更，從事與所訂立勞動合同中未告知的存在職業病危害的作業時，用人單位應當依照前款規定，向勞動者履行如實告知的義務，並協商變更原勞動合同相關條款。
