本文著重研究了步進式加熱爐關鍵設備如：裝鋼機、出鋼機、步進梁、爐前爐后輥道、燃燒控制、板坯物流跟蹤等控制對象的具體控制軟體流程、速度控制曲線、行程計算等具體控制策略和演算法，完成了攀鋼1450熱軋加熱爐基礎自動化系統（ l1 ）和熱工儀表的一級控制，實現板坯輸送、測量、裝出料、物流跟蹤、加熱爐燃燒控制以及板坯庫的數據信息交換，通過plc和二級計算機系統進行順序、定時、聯鎖與邏輯控制，實現了操作自動化與物料系統的全線跟蹤管理。This system can be used in other plane welding when working with the corresponding jig and rational welding craft arrangement, and this makes numerical welding machine becomes more efficient and flexible by changing nc codes according to different welding path and resolves the contradiction between process automation and process cost in some extent
