Adopting the research method of literature review, data collection, questionnaire, interview and so on, this paper analyses the following issues : the effect of motivation measures adopted by northwest normal university in recent years ; the discrepancy of the strata structure of needs and the needs of the different types of teachers among teachers in northwest normal university ; the effects of various motivation measures such as material motivation, policy motivation, environmental motivation, spiritual motivation and so on upon teachers of different types ; major factors affecting the initiatives and the degree of satisfaction among teachers of different types
本研究採用理論綜述、問卷調查和個別訪談等方法，對西北師范大學近幾年採取的激勵措施進行了效果分析；對西北師范大學教師的需要層次結構和不同類型的教師在需要方面的差異進行了分析；對物質激勵、政策激勵、環境激勵和精神激勵等不同的激勵措施在不同類型的教師中所起的作用進行了分析；對影響教師積極性和滿意度的主要因素進行了分析。
