    通過對工程管理模式和監理市場的分析，從建築業整體發展的角度出發，本文得出如下結論即：工程服務思想應從被動接受服務請求向掌握行業動向並主動提出項目意向引導行業建設發展；工程服務方式應由提供多個獨立的工程服務向提供一體化綜合服務發展；工程服務對象應從僅僅為業主服務向多元化服務發展；工程服務手段應從依靠單個軟體管理工程向管理系統信息化發展，唯此，我國建設監理服務才能走出發展的低谷，邁向一個新的發展階段。
