本論文以一梯兩戶躍層式多層住宅的一種典型平面布置為依託，以構思該住宅結構體系設計的方式，對這種桁架體系的受力性能、設計難點和應用於該結構體系的壓型鋼板?混凝土組合樓蓋的設計進行了深入分析，對結構採用的連接、墻體和防火防腐措施進行了簡單討論。
