    本文主要論述兵團上市公司在發展戰略方面的有關問題,包括: (一)兵團上市公司在發展戰略上存在的問題,如:以經營規劃代替戰略規劃,對戰略要性認識不足,有的上市公司甚至沒有發展戰略等等,缺少戰略的規劃就如同六個瞎子摸象一,只識局部不掌握全局,而這正是兵團上市公司在戰略研究方面存在的問題; (二)本文試圖通過分析兵團上市公司存在的內部因素,外部因素,確定兵團上市公司的發展目標,並以新天國際為例作了進一步分析; (三)本文結合戰略規劃的理論,試圖對兵團八家上市公司發展戰略進行探索,兵團的上市公司分為兩類:一是以新天國際,新中基為首的四家企業,在本行業中經營成熟,具備實現多元化的市場戰略的能,並可以根據市場,產品的情況採幾種戰略方;二是其它企業,在本行業中還存在著發展潛,應集中量在本行業中作強,應施行差異化戰略,名牌戰略,將自己的產品作強,進而在整個行業中作強,這些企業暫時不要去搞多元化戰略; (四)兵團企業能否做大還決于能否持之以恆的戰略。
