    近年來，甲醇營養型酵母表達系統的研究得到迅速發展，因其具有高表達、高穩定、高分泌、能對表達的外源蛋白進行正確的折疊、加工，利於下游分離純化操作、能大規模發酵生產等諸多優點，國內外已經利用此系統表達了多種對人類有益的動植物及微生物活性蛋白，但對豬型干擾素的酵母表達還未見報導，本研究是國內外首次採用此系統表達豬型干擾素。
