    從理論上對聲光器件衍射損耗作了分析與計算，研究了二維雙聲光器件對提高衍射損耗效率的影響，在實驗中採用二維雙聲光組合器件提高聲光器件的對nd ： yag激光器的關斷能力，較之單聲光的關斷能力提高了一倍左右，而對于平行雙聲光也提高了30左右，並設計了聲光驅動功率分配器以驅動雙聲光器件達到同步，消除了激光輸出的多脈沖現象，提高了脈沖列的輸出功率。
