本文首先對人工神經網路的基本理論和基本模型進行了論述，簡要介紹了在人工神經網路應用和研究領域當前幾種主導的數學模型和機器學習演算法： bp 、 hopfield 、 sofm 、 boltzmann機、 cmac神經網路等；第2章深入分析了bp神經網路模型和演算法，重點分析了該演算法存在的問題，剖析經典bp演算法造成誤差震蕩的原因，並提出了理論上改進方案。
