全文分為五部分：第一章為導論部分，主要探討了選題的緣起、目的、研究價值與意義；第二章為莘縣朝城鎮回族社區的歷史沿革與現狀，就朝城鎮回族社區的歷史沿革，經濟發展狀況、教育歷史概況與現狀及其目前社區中存在的教育問題進行了論述；第三章為被調查者的觀點，通過問卷調查、訪談、個案研究總結出存在的問題；第四章為調查者的觀點，即筆者對問題的分析闡釋。
