This paper introduced how to communicate with solar power station by serial communication in order to get the running data and edit the parameters and how to use dialing method of modem to get those data so as to achieve distant data communication in detail. this paper also discusses how to send data to internet by using network technology and how to analyze, display and print those data to achieve distributing monitor system. in the end, this paper analyses the system and gives some advice for improvement
