Each tenant shall fully and effectually indemnify atl against all claims and demands made against atl by any person in respect of any loss, damage or injury caused by or through or in any way owning to the overflow of liquids, or the escape of fumes, smoke, fire or any other substance or thing from the demised premises or to the neglect or default of such tenant ' s servants, agents or to the defective or damaged condition of the interior of the demised premises or any fixtures or fittings for the repair of which such tenant is responsible hereunder or against all costs and all expenses incurred by atl in respect of any such claims or demand

The cardholder andor the company shall immediately inform the bank if the pin is made or suspected to have been made known to any other person and the cardholder and the company herein agree to accept full and sole responsibility for all consequences, loss andor liability incurred as a result of the pin being known to another person for whatever reason and shall indemnify the bank for any loss or damage incurred by reason thereof

    如持卡人發現或懷疑其私人密碼被泄露予其他人，持卡人及或公司須立即通知本銀行。倘若持卡人之私人密碼不論因任何原因泄露予其他人，持卡人及公司須完全承擔一切由此而引致之損失及或其他責任，並須全數賠償銀行因此而引起之一切損失。
  3. The cardholder shall immediately inform the bank if the pin is made or suspected to have been made known to any other person and the cardholder herein agrees to accept full and sole responsibility for all consequences, loss andor liability incurred as a result of the pin being known to another person for whatever reason and shall indemnify the bank for any loss or damage incurred by reason thereof

    如持卡人發現或懷疑其私人密碼被泄露予其他人，持卡人須立即通知本銀行。倘若持卡人之私人密碼不論因任何原因泄露予其他人，持卡人須完全承擔一切由此而引致之損失及或其他責任，並須全數賠償銀行因此而引起之一切損失。
