結合發達國家區域的實踐經驗與前人已有的理論工作，本文深入研究了網路時代的三方合作主題，主要貢獻有：給出大學?產業?政府三重螺旋體的內部結構和圖式譜系；指出國內「產學研」缺陷與紕漏，明晰了「官產學」的應對與使命；最後運用th演算法和科學計量、網路計量手段實現了一個有關中國三重螺旋模型的定量分析，並與其他典型的國家地區三重螺旋作出比較，得到若干有價值的結論。 -
