The final part put forwards some suggestions for chinese enterprises to improve based on the above - mentioned problems, such as to increase the service level based on quality and rooted in fiduciary, to provide the combined services according to the clients " needs and set the proper prices for them, to set up the service thoughts of the whole staff, taking whom as cli ents, and to establish good relationship with suppliers and distributors along the industrial value chain so as to create a kind of win - win situation in which all the parties concerned can not only share the value but also build up the value in a long run
針對以上問題，筆者提出了一些具體的改進方法，主要包括以質量為基礎、以誠信為根本，切實提高企業的服務水平；根據客戶需要提供組合服務，為服務合理定價；把員工當成客戶，樹立全員服務意識；與產業價值鏈上的供應商和經銷商建立良好的關系，達到「共享、共贏」的效果。 -
On the basis of analyzing the contents and generalizing the methods of existing performance evaluation systems, the author first suggests performance evaluation should be different from selection evaluation ; after that, concerning of specialty in the value net shaping, puts forward the main frame of selection evaluation system, as well as principle in choosing proper index, and emphasizes realistic function of the learning ability and information standard index. finally the author offers a set of index that was widely used as a reference to help enterprise to select his partner especially suppliers. it also lays a good foundation for further research and application in enterprises
本文在歸納分析了當前已有績效評價方式內容的基礎上，提出應該將績效評價和選擇評價做出區分，並考慮到價值網路形成過程的特殊性，提出了在價值網路形成過程中企業供應商選擇評價體系框架和指標選用原則，強調了供應商企業的學習能力和信息化水平指標在這種評價中的特殊意義，最後歸納了可供選擇的參考指標，為進一步研究和企業應用實踐提供了有價值的參考。
