    根據規定，每30米須設有消防喉轆在梯間須有消防栓，可以拉出水喉應用亦須有地方讓消防員容易進入火場，例如可在1分鐘內到達頂樓的消防電梯高層大廈還須有避難層的設施，例如每二十多層便有一層避難層，令火勢不容易擴散。
