    採用農桿菌介導法將bt毒蛋白基因導入水稻同樣以上述兩種秈稻為主要研究材料，比較了分別以預培養的幼胚和幼穗、幼胚、成熟胚來源的愈傷組織作為轉化受體的愈傷組織轉化頻率，結果表明預培養4 6天的幼胚最適宜作為農桿菌介導轉化的受體；其次是來源於幼胚和成熟胚的生長狀態良好的胚性愈傷組織。
