本論文由案例和案例分析兩個部分組成，第一部分為案例，從目前紅塔集團面臨的新世紀發展戰略方向困惑的角度，介紹了紅塔集團概況、國內卷煙行業宏觀環境、世界卷煙行業概況以及中國復關后將受到的潛在影響，簡要回顧企業重大的戰略行動，詳細介紹了集團在卷煙主業和多元化經營兩方面經營情況和形勢，提出了紅塔集團為實現新世紀戰略目標所面臨的戰略取向問題。By reviewing the development of the urban housing and analysing their significant factors, the author explores the trend of urban housing development in the new century ; facing these diversified tendency, the author puts forward the renewal conception of housing design from four aspects : proceeding from dwelling demand, utilizing the ideology of sustainable development and coordinating with urban environment ; in the meanwhile, the author analyses the meaning of " adequate shelter " in the new century, and then puts forward the principles of creation of coexisting with humanity, coexisting with environment, coexisting with science and technology in urban housing design, and how to use these principles to create in a scientific way, which is to fully meet human ' s dwelling demand in accordance with the concrete of social economy and culture, in order to direct the architectural creative practice and provide scientific basis for creating urban housing in the future
本文通過對城市住宅發展的歷史回顧和成因分析，探討了新世紀城市住宅的發展趨向；針對多元化的發展趨向，提出了設計思想的更新，包括從使用者需求出發，運用可持續發展思想以及與城市環境相協調三個方面；通過分析新世紀「適當住房」的內涵，提出了與人共生、與環境共生、與科技共生的創造原則，以及針對具體的社會經濟文化環境，充分滿足人的居住需求的科學的創造方法和基本途徑，從而指導創作實踐，並為今後的住宅設計提供理論依據。
