Any monies received by the bank in respect of the customer s obligations to the bank may be placed and kept to the credit of a suspense account for so long as the bank thinks fit, and in the event of any proceedings in or analogous to bankruptcy, winding - up, liquidation, composition or arrangement, the bank may prove for and agree to accept any dividend or composition in respect of the customer s outstanding obligations as if there had been no suspense account or no credit therein
