Considering the high correlation between quantity demand of spare parts and life of equipment, this paper offers an inventory model to determine the times of order, reorder point and quantity of spare parts during the whole life of equipment on condition that the demand rate of spare parts changes with time while the total cost of ordering and stocking is lowest
基於備件的需求量與設備使用周期密切相關這一關鍵點，從設備的整個使用周期入手，結合設備的使用情況，在備件需求率隨時間變化的情況下，對備件庫存控制問題進行了研究，建立了在設備整個使用周期內使備件總訂貨成本和存儲費用最低的數學模型，給出了備件最佳訂貨次數、訂貨時間和訂貨批量的計算公式。
