    本文以「中華民族多元一體格局」理論為基礎,以西雙版納傣族基礎教育當前的主要問題為切入點,在回顧西雙版納傣族自二十世紀五十年以來基礎教育發展況的基礎上,發並總結了西雙版納傣族基礎教育當前主要存在學入學和升學低、輟學高、厭學情況嚴重等問題,分析了產這些問題的傣族與各民族存在共性的(普遍觀念、產方式、學前教育基礎薄弱、學校教育失誤、行教育體制存在弊端等)和具有傣族特徵(傣族特有的一些觀念、相對富裕的活、宗教因素、社會習俗、語言習慣、家長對子女入學的消極態度等)的主要原因及其對本民族經濟、文化發展的影響,並就當前主要問題,從促進西雙版納傣族乃至整個中華民族發展的高度,結合當前實際,對與基礎教育發展關系較為密切的三個主要方面即政府職能部門、教師和傣族群眾提出了一系列可行性對策建議。

    本文通過分析國內外關于庫存管理軟體的發展情況,提出在線統計貨出庫情況的基礎上利用模擬方法確定最優存儲方案,其目的是為制定合理的貨安全庫存量和訂貨量提供可靠的依據,提高企業管理人員的決策質量,從而減小資金的佔用和缺貨損失,提高企業的經濟效益。通過研製庫存管理信息系統使庫存信息管理自動化,也就是實入出庫管理計算機管理、自動查詢貨入出庫情況並在缺貨時給予提示、使用計算機貨余額定期結算、貨余額實時查詢並顯示是否需要訂貨、裝配出庫管理使得只要輸入需要裝配產品號和數量,組成它的所有零件就會自動檢庫和出庫。然後對安全庫存量和訂貨量進行模擬,模擬方法是首先自動統計貨在過去某一段時間內的需求量,計算出,用隨機數的范圍表示其數值的大小,利用隨機函數產隨機數、從而間接的產隨機需求量,給定模擬天數和其他模擬條件模擬各種方案,從眾多的存儲方案中找出最優存儲方案。
