在宏觀角度上： （ 1 ）以遼寧阜新地區黃土試樣的固結試驗數據為分析對象，得到了黃土濕陷速率與含水量的關系曲線呈單峰狀態的結論，即黃土濕陷速率在土體浸水初期會隨著含水量的增加而增大，但當含水量超過某一數值趨于飽和含水量時，黃土濕陷速率卻隨著含水量的增加而減小； （ 2 ）立了黃土濕陷速率與壓力之間關系的數學模型，得出了黃土濕陷速率隨壓力的增大而呈階越增長的結論以及阜新地區濕陷性黃土的本構關系； （ 3 ）提供了在時間、含水量及壓力等因素共同作用下，對黃土濕陷性進行綜合評價的方法。
