    本文應用信息管理系統、數據庫管理系統,地理信息系統、最優化技術、統計學等方面的理論和知識,以滿足三峽工程梯級庫調度的需要為前提,提出了三峽工程梯級庫調度自動化系統的方案結構,該方案已被三峽工程的建設所采納,同時,在情遙測系統的通信組網方式上,本文提出的inmarsat - c與pstn聯合組網的通信方式,在我國情測報系統中,首次在項目中成功地應用,並且該方式也將應用於三峽庫調度自動化系統。
