研究加工不等齒厚的非標準參數漸開線齒形，與非漸開線齒形復合的鎖閉齒輪插齒刀刀齒的排列、刀具齒數的選擇以及刀具設計的基本方法，介紹用限制區域選擇插齒刀變位系數的新方法，並給出刀具齒頂后角與側螺旋角的關系曲線，為插齒刀參數的選擇提供依據.結果表明，採用上述方法設計非標準復合齒輪插齒刀，可簡化計算和提高設計效率
