主要研究結果如下： （ 1 ） 『粗枝』大葉黃楊在低溫脅迫下，隨脅迫時間的延長，葉片中脂質過氧化物的終產物（ mda ）含量明顯增加，細胞質膜相對透性（ pmp ）明顯增大；葉綠素（ chl ） 、類胡蘿卜素（ car ）含量降低，且其含量的降低與mda含量增加及pmp升高間呈顯著負相關，說明低溫脅迫下『粗枝』大葉黃楊幼苗chl和car的降低與生物膜的損傷有關。
