    這個創作計劃開屋香港版緣於家梁志和在2005年10月及11月間到日本札幌市駐留作藝術交流，拜訪了二十一戶人，問他們各種有關其居所的事情，如搬遷和找房子的故事，以及對居室的布置和使用等等，並將他們的話語錄為獨白，然後在我當時居住的細小公寓內分別以獨立的揚聲器播放出來。
