本文主要對證候診斷的規范化研究工作進行了回顧分析，重點討論了今後研究的思路與方法，提出了： （ 1 ）病證結合及以方測證是研究的主要思路； （ 2 ）在文獻調研、專家咨詢及病例回顧的基礎上，遵循臨床流行病學原則，進行多中心、大樣本、前瞻性的臨床研究，運用循證醫學的研究方法對證候診斷標準進行系統評價和完善是研究的重要途徑； （ 3 ）加強四診客觀化研究，並在系統生物學的引領下，展開組學研究是目前證候診斷規范化研究的重要環節； （ 4 ）數據挖掘技術及計算機智能的發展是研究的重要技術支持。 -
