    將重組人三葉因子3 trefoil factor 3 ， tff3作用於人結腸腫瘤細胞，研究重組蛋白對細胞增殖的影響，結果發現該蛋白在較低的濃度1050 mg l下對細胞的增殖基本沒有影響，在100200 mg l濃度下該蛋白對細胞僅有微弱的刺激作用，提高濃度對細胞增殖作用沒有改變。同時研究了tff3對損傷的單層結腸腫瘤細胞遷移的影響，發現tff3對細胞有明顯的促進遷移作用。
