  4. Any international shipment can be subject to duties and taxes at destination. if the shipper fails to indicate on the air waybill the payer of duties and taxes, the consignee will automatically be billed for such charges

    如發件人未能在國際空運提單上說明關稅和稅金的付款人，收件人將默認成為該稅費的付款人並收到帳單。
