Chapter four makes some suggestions to china ' s future multinational operations. with china ' s entry into wto, chinese enterprises will face competition both at home and abroad. it requires joint efforts from governments and enterprises to implement " go - international " strategy : 1 ) to reform administrative mechanisms of governments and enterprises, 2 ) to fulfil scale effects by establishment of enterprise groups, 3 ) to increase international competitiveness by reasonable utilization of domestic and foreign resources, 4 ) to improve product design and promotion, 5 ) to set up explicit strategic goals in multinational investment, 6 ) to develop talents, 7 ) to enhance technology and develop integrative advantages, 8 ) to take flexible ways to enter foreign markets, 9 ) to implement diversification strategy

    實施「走出去」戰略需要政府和企業兩方面的共同努力,中國企業跨國經營的發展首先是要改革政府理體制和企業的經營機制,這是中國企業跨國經營發展的根本所在;同時要促進跨國企業的集團化以尋求規模效應;要善於發掘自身的技術和資源優勢,實現內外資源合理配置,提高國際競爭力;要改進產設計和宣傳,突出產差別優勢;要有明確的跨國戰略投資目標;要注意培養高素質的跨國經營人才;要提高科技水平,增強企業綜合實力,而不能僅靠勞動力等方面的傳統優勢;在進入戰略上也應因地制宜採靈活多的方;同時要實施多元化的跨國經營戰略。

They include : ( i ) problems existing in development strategy of army listed companies, such as, replacing strategic plan with management plan ; lack of understanding for the importance of strategic management ; no development strategy at all in some companies. without strategic plan, a company can only have a partial understanding of the situation instead of a comprehensive one, just like the blinds feel the elephant ; ( ii ) the thesis intends to analyze the inside and outside factors of army listed companies to specify their development goal while taking suntime international as an example to have further analysis ; ( iii ) combining with strategic planning theory, the thesis tries to probe into the development strategies of the eight army listed companies. army listed companies can be divided into two categories : one category includes the four companies with suntime and new zhongji as their heads

    本文主要論述兵團上市公司在發展戰略方面的有關問題,包括: (一)兵團上市公司在發展戰略上存在的問題,如:以經營規劃代替戰略規劃,對戰略理重要性認識不足,有的上市公司甚至沒有發展戰略等等,缺少戰略的規劃就如同六個瞎子摸象一,只識局部不掌握全局,而這正是兵團上市公司在戰略研究方面存在的問題; (二)本文試圖通過分析兵團上市公司存在的內部因素,外部因素,確定兵團上市公司的發展目標,並以新天國際為例作了進一步分析; (三)本文結合戰略規劃的理論,試圖對兵團八家上市公司發展戰略進行探索,兵團的上市公司分為兩類:一是以新天國際,新中基為首的四家企業,在本行業中經營成熟,具備實現多元化的市場戰略的能力,並可以根據市場,產的情況採幾種戰略方;二是其它企業,在本行業中還存在著發展潛力,應集中力量在本行業中作強,應施行差異化戰略,名牌戰略,將自己的產作強,進而在整個行業中作強,這些企業暫時不要去搞多元化戰略; (四)兵團企業能否做大還決于能否持之以恆的戰略。

The main aim of this lecture is to provide some basic knowledgefor the implementation of quality management , including : ( 1 ) the definition and the significance of quality , ( 2 ) the organization of quality management , ( 3 ) the processes and tools for continuous improvement , including pdca and statistical process control tools , ( 4 ) the acceptance sampling , including random sampling , operating characteristic curve and concepts of producer and customer risk , ( 5 ) the tools for product design , including quality function deployment ( the house of quality ) and the concept of taguchi technique , and ( 6 ) the international quality standards of quality management , the malcolm baldrige national award and deming prize
