Methods 29 cases with lens dislocation were surgically managed by various ways according to clinical manifestations, including the anterior chamber lens spelt out and anterior vitrectomy ; resection of the lens in vitreous and vitrectomy ; subluxation were treated with phacoemulsification or extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation ; those with glaucoma or retinal detachment were simultaneously treated with glaucoma surgery and reposition of retinal detachment
方法對我院2003年1月2006年4月眼挫傷致晶狀體脫位29例（ 29眼）的資料作回顧性研究，根據不同情況採用不同的手術方式，包括前房內晶狀體的圈匙托出及前段玻璃體切除術；玻璃體內的晶狀體切除術及玻璃體切除術；半脫位者行晶狀體乳化或囊外摘出術，並均植入人工晶狀體；伴青光眼或視網膜脫離者，同時行抗青光眼手術及視網膜復位手術。Methods a retrospective survey was done in 68 complicatedly injured eyes undergoing routine closed vitreetomy due to vitreous opacity with massive hemorrhage, or with traumatic retinal detachment and proliferative vitreoretinopathy ( pvr ), foreign bodies in posterior segment, endophthalmitis, posterior - dislocation of lens and so on, and most of them received the combined operations simultaneously
方法回顧分析復雜眼球外傷68隻眼，因玻璃體大量積血混濁、伴外傷性視網膜脫離及增生性玻璃體視網膜病變（ pvr ） 、眼後段異物、眼內炎、晶體后脫位等病變，行常規閉合式玻璃體切除術，同時根據不同伴隨病變聯合相應的手術治療。Methods retrospectively analyze of effects of early vitrectomy with early wound repair, the lens ' s taking out, retinal detachment repairs and eye ' s internal exotic objects ' taking out, on 86 cases of open complex ocular trauma
