Sing and his sidekick ( portly lam chi chung of shaolin soccer ) have to make a name for themselves first, and proclaim rundown pigsty alley to be their first official " territory. " however, sing is more futile than fearsome, and his antics only annoy the residents of pigsty alley - and attract the attention of the real axe gang, led by brother sum ( chan kwok kwan, also of shaolin soccer )
