    依據nbs - lrr類r基因特有的兩個保守序列glpl和cfly （兩者相距約70個氨基酸）合成所有可能的簡並寡核苷酸引物（左引物16個，右引物8個，共組成128個引物組合）對玉米基因組dna進行擴增的結果表明：在6個引物組合中得到了擴增產物，產物長度在500 1000bp之間；沒有獲得特異性擴增產物（指僅從含ht基因材料中得到，長度約210bp的dna片斷） 。
